APEX BOLT has arrived! Shipping phase begins soon

Hey Backers,
Just a quick update to let you know that we are close to shipping out your rewards. We have received the APEX BOLT units into our warehouse for processing, but are still waiting for the bonus screwdriver bits. They were coming to us from two different locations, and we expect to receive the bits next week.
We know you are ready to receive your pens, and we want to get them to you as soon as possible.
The pocket clips match the pens finish!
We will begin pre-printing shipping labels this weekend so everything is ready to go when the second half of our shipment comes in.

Delivery Timeline and more Production Photos

Hey Backers,
Mass production on APEX BOLT is complete! We did have some production delays and the stretch goal bits took extra time to coordinate as we used a different manufacturer. It looks like everything is near the finish line and we will be receiving shipments of APEX BOLT within the next two weeks. We’ve noticed that the shipping/logistics has been taking longer recently because of recent changes to customs processes, so to be safe we would like to estimate end of October to begin shipping. Time to delivery will then vary according to your location within the U.S. or internationally.

BACKERKIT ADD-ONS CLOSED, STILL OPEN FOR ADDRESS CHANGES
We have charged all backers who ordered add-ons in BackerKit. BackerKit has sent e-mails to 20 backers whose credit cards were declined. If you have not been charged for add-ons, please return to BackerKit to update your billing information as soon as possible.
Backers can still make changes to shipping addresses, but we are no longer taking pre-orders or new add-on purchases at this time. There are still 18 backers who have not confirmed their Kickstarter pledge rewards! Don’t delay your reward delivery: you have until the day we start shipping to confirm your address information.

PRODUCTION VIDEO AND PHOTOS
We are currently in production on APEX BOLT! Here is a video and some photos of the individual parts which will move into the assembly phase very soon:
At the beginning of September we secured a tool manufacturer to begin producing the Stretch Goal precision bits. The factory notified us that they will need additional time to complete, unfortunately this may push our delivery timeline into late October. We will keep everyone posted if this changes.
BACKERKIT TIMELINE
We have extended the BackerKit lock-down date to Sunday, September 30th. BackerKit will also charge credit cards for any add-ons or additional pens at this time. Please note that you can continue to modify your shipping address until we begin the shipping phase in October 2018. We will email everyone 48 hours before we begin printing shipping labels to allow a final opportunity to update your shipping address.
We will be in touch with everyone as soon as we have more news to share.

Funds have been released by Kickstarter and production is moving forward on APEX BOLT!
BACKERKIT INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: You must use BackerKit to confirm your rewards, add-ons, and shipping addresses. Without this information, we can't send your rewards! You should have already received an invitation email from BackerKit. If you haven’t received an email, please follow the steps 1 & 2 below. Everyone else will start at step 3.
2. Enter the email address you use for your Kickstarter account. You must use this email address because it's connected to your pledge for APEX BOLT. BackerKit will then send you an email with a special link to your survey.
3. BackerKit will ask you a few questions to confirm your reward, such as your shipping country and address. If you pledged more than the Kickstarter reward amount (i.e. to secure additional units), it has been added to your shopping cart as Pledge Credit and can be used for any BackerKit purchases.
4. Accessories + Additional Pens: We have filled BackerKit with add-on options, including ink refills, pocket knives, and more! Anything you add that is more than your original pledge amount can be charged to a credit card. All items you add will be part of one shipment!
5. Most importantly, please carefully review your shipping address and phone number. We need your confirmed shipping address information to move forward. You are welcome to change your address anytime, but we need you to confirm your current, complete address now. We’ll send a final notice 48 hours before shipping starts so you can double-check and make any last-minute changes.
Once you're all checked out, you are ready to receive your rewards! We will update you with tracking information as we get closer to our delivery dates.
We are asking everyone to complete their BackerKit information by August 29th. The sooner you complete BackerKit, the sooner we have the final quantities to complete our production process. After BackerKit closes for accessories/add-ons, you may continue to change your shipping address until 48 hours before shipping begins.
